Motions, votes, and results captured cleanly, so the outcome is never in question and the history is always there.
Product walkthrough
See how a secure online vote works.
Motions, responses, deadlines, and results stay attached to the permanent board record.

Recording votes by email is tedious, and the “reply all” chains are worse. BoardSite gives members a secure way to make sure their vote is recorded. Conduct simple or formal votes through the board portal, notify members by email, and let them click to record a response. If a vote includes a resolution or related documents, link them to the vote record.
You can assure your board and stakeholders that votes are secure. Every vote keeps a complete list of member responses, including when each vote was recorded and whether a member changed it. Once the deadline passes, you have a permanent record of that vote.
Tied to your board’s memory
Voting history becomes part of your board’s permanent record, so the outcome is verifiable for years. On Board OS, you can simply ask the AI Board Secretary, “did we vote on renewing the contract?” and get the answer from your history.

Questions & answers
Online voting questions
How BoardSite runs votes and preserves a verifiable record.
Can BoardSite voting happen outside a meeting?
Yes. Authorized administrators can open votes before, during, or after a meeting, attach supporting material, set a deadline, and record the final outcome.
What does BoardSite record about a vote?
BoardSite preserves the motion, responses, changed votes, timestamps, deadline, and final result. The resulting record is easier to verify than an email chain.
Can Board OS answer questions about earlier votes?
Yes. The coming-soon Board Chat can use authorized voting history to answer questions about when a motion was considered and what result was recorded. Explore the AI Board Secretary.
