Three ways to start
Use what you already have, or start fresh.
Upload what you have
Drop in your agenda or last meeting’s minutes. AI pulls out the date, time, agenda items, and attendees. You review, adjust, and create.
Start from a template
Nonprofit board, consent agenda, school board, foundation, HOA, committee, or annual meeting. Pick one, fill in the details, and you’re done.
Build it by hand
Add agenda items, attach documents, and set a vote. No AI and no upload required.
What your attendees get
One link. Everything they need.
A single link, or a six-character meeting code, opens on any device.
- Date, time, location, and the join link for virtual or hybrid meetings
- The full agenda, with documents attached to the items they belong to
- One-click RSVP
- One vote per meeting, ready for your consent agenda
- On meeting day: join, check in, vote, and follow along
No login. No download. Nothing to install.
What you get
A clear view before, during, and after the meeting.
A dashboard showing who opened the page, who RSVP’d, who viewed documents, and how the vote is going.
Send editable invitations and reminders from Meet, with a clear recipient list before you send.
Restricted mode gives each attendee a private link so nothing is public.
Create a QR code for in-person meetings.
Close or hide the meeting whenever you need to.
After the meeting, keep attendance, vote results, and a one-time draft of your minutes.
Create another meeting page from scratch whenever you need one. Existing pages cannot be duplicated or repeated.
Free meeting pages
Create as many meeting pages as you need.
Each page is for one meeting and stays live for 90 days, then expires. Start a fresh page whenever you need another meeting. Meet does not duplicate an existing page or create a recurring series.
When one meeting isn’t enough
Meet handles one meeting. BoardSite connects the record.
You can create a fresh Meet page for every meeting, but Meet does not repeat or duplicate an existing one. When you want reusable meetings and a continuing record, the Free Board Portal gives a small board a lasting home for its work. Standard keeps unlimited members, committees, meeting records, and documents together without ongoing AI.
Advanced adds AI-drafted transcripts, reviewable minutes, and action items. Board OS adds full-history continuity across meetings.
Frequently asked questions
BoardSite Meet questions
The practical details before you build your first meeting.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can create as many separate meeting pages as you need. Each page remains available for 90 days, then expires.
Do my attendees need an account?
No. They open the link, see the meeting, RSVP, and vote.
Is it secure?
You choose. Public meetings are visible to anyone with the link. Restricted meetings send each attendee their own private link, and only they can open it.
Can I use it for recurring meetings?
No. BoardSite Meet does not create a recurring series or copy an existing meeting into the next one. You can create a new meeting page from scratch whenever you need one. For reusable meetings and a continuing record, request a Free Board Portal or choose a paid BoardSite plan.
What happens after 90 days?
The meeting page expires and is no longer available. We will remind you beforehand so you can download what you need or move it into a BoardSite portal.
Can I move to BoardSite later?
Yes. When you need recurring meetings and a continuing record, request a Free Board Portal or choose a paid BoardSite plan. We can help bring the materials from your Meet page into the portal.
What file types can I upload?
Agendas and minutes can be PDF, Word, or text. Supporting documents can be PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Rosters can be PDF, Word, Excel, or CSV.
